CCNA Cisco Networking Course

Train on Cisco routers and state-of-the-art equipment. Receive training from the most qualified, hands-on group of instructors with real world experience. All CCNA exam objectives are covered and mastered during class; these include but are not limited to the following:


• Understanding Cisco IOS ( Internetworking Operating System ) commands for configuring and managing Cisco networking devices
• Understanding routing protocols ( such as RIP & IGRP ) and how they function as well as configuration and management of such protocols
• Subinterface configuration
• Frame Relay configuration (monitoring, configuration and implementation )
• Other WAN services such as X.25, HDLC, DDR, ISDN/LAPD and PPP
• IP addressing, subnetting, dynamic as well as static address assignment
• LAN segmentation (bridges, switches and routers)
• Understanding Cisco configuration techniques ( backing up and restoring configuration files from remote locations )
• Spanning Tree protocol
• Access lists and filtering
• IPX/SPX in a routed environment

Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of the differences of networking devices such as routers, hubs, switches and files servers. Also a basic understanding of the TCP/IP protocol.
